Client Policies

At Quick Clean, our goal is to deliver a seamless, elevated service experience. To ensure clarity and protect both our clients and Home Ambassadors, please review our client policies below:

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly request 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in the full service fee being charged.

2. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing secure entry via key, code, or personal access. If our Home Ambassadors are unable to enter, the scheduled service fee will apply.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. Late payments may incur a $25 fee per day. Please note: personal checks are not accepted.

4. Scope of Work

Our Signature Shine includes:

  • Dusting top to bottom
  • Vacuuming and washing floors
  • Detailed cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms

■ Specialty services such as Signature Elevated, Signature Renewal, Signature Concierge, or Signature Enhancements must be arranged prior to arrival.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. We will gladly provide a re-clean or credit depending on the situation.

6. Employee Safety

The safety of our staff is our top priority. Home Ambassadors will refrain from:

  • Climbing ladders not provided by Quick Clean
  • Lifting or moving objects weighing more than 30 pounds
  • Cleaning bodily fluids, pet accidents, or any hazardous substances

We reserve the right to remove an employee from a job site if their safety is at risk or they feel uncomfortable.

7. Pet Policy

For the comfort and safety of both pets and staff:

  • Animals must be secured if aggressive or anxious
  • Quick Clean is not responsible for accidents, escapes, or reactions to cleaning products.

8. Damage or Breakage

Our Home Ambassadors handle your home with the utmost care. Should damage occur, it must be reported within 24 hours. Quick Clean is not liable for pre-existing issues or unsecured fragile items.

9. Non-Solicitation

Clients agree not to hire Quick Clean Home Ambassadors directly for a period of 6 months after the last service.

  • An employment referral fee of $3,000 per person will apply if a client directly employs (legally or on a cash basis) anyone currently or recently employed by Quick Clean.
  • This applies whether or not notice is given; enforcement may occur if discovered independently at any time.
