Please ensure that pets are safely tucked away in a comfortable space during your appointment.
If possible, tidy away delicate or personal items so our Home Ambassadors can focus on detailing your home.
2. Share Your Priorities
Every home is unique. If there are areas that need extra attention, let us know in advance so we can tailor our checklist.
Add-on Signature Enhancements (bedding reset, fridge refresh, plant detailing, and more) can be reserved before or at the time of service.
3. Access & Entry
Please confirm how our team will enter your home (in person, door code, or key).
If your neighborhood has special entry instructions (gates, concierge desks, etc.), kindly provide details.
4. Personal Comfort
For your relaxation, you may choose to be home or away during your service.
If staying home, we recommend setting aside a quiet space so you can work, unwind, or enjoy your time while we refresh your home.
5. Payment & Gratuity
Your service investment will be processed as agreed upon at booking.
While gratuities are never expected, they are always appreciated. Cash is preferred and should be clearly marked for your Home Ambassador.
6. After Your Appointment
Enjoy the elevated details of your refreshed space. Every finishing touch delivered to our Signature standard.
